Powerbeats Pro vs. beats studio vs. Beats Studio3 (comparison)

Powerbeats Pro |Beats Studio3 |Beats Studio Buds

The Beats has a long history of being an audio industry innovator, and now that it has partnered with Apple, the sound is unstoppable.

This company manufactures some of the most fashionable earbuds and headphones, including the Beats Studio Buds, Beats studio3, and Powerbeats Pro. Although they don’t always use the same technology, they have a lot of similar features.

They also have very different designs. Beats are attempting to appeal to various demographics by designing earbuds for various user types.

Powerbeats Pro Wireless Earbuds – Apple H1 Headphone Chip, Class 1 Bluetooth Headphones, 9 Hours of Listening Time, Sweat Resistant, Built-in Microphone – Black.

The Powerbeats Pro has a rugged, sporty look—wrapped in a polycarbonate plastic shell—while using Apple’s W1 chip, they can stream Apple Music directly from your phone to your earphones and easily take calls as well.

The battery lasts 20 hours on a charge and is_recharged using a micro-USB cable or an included cable adapter, which you can pop into the headphone jack on your iPhone.

The Powerbeats Pro was initially designed for fitness athletes and is Bluetooth-only, so they do not connect to a computer via the AirPods’ audio jack. On that note, Apple’s headphones allow for more experimentation with sound.

Compared with AirPods, changing songs on your phone is often done by switching the sound between a more generous set of earphones and limiting the sound of your phone to one ear. But overall, the AirPods offer a more personal listening experience.

The Powerbeats Pro might be a good choice if you use headphones for your workout and want something that won’t fall out of your ears when you run, similar to how the AirPods paired with an iPhone.

In addition to having an excellent design and boasting great sound quality, the Powerbeats Pro was designed for sports and offered many features for a reasonable price.

They also work with all iOS devices and most Android phones, although they require a power supply to make them work.

The Powerbeats are very good and can get even better, making for a solid upgrade option for anyone looking for high-quality audio at a bargain price. Overall, they are an impressive pair of headphones.

Beats Studio3 Wireless Noise Cancelling Over-Ear Headphones – Apple W1 Headphone Chip, Class 1 Bluetooth, 22 Hours of Listening Time, Built-in Microphone – Matte Black (Latest Model)

Battery Life

The Beats Studio3 Wireless offers a decent amount of battery life. Our regular testing found that the Beats Studio3 Wireless lasted around 5 and 30 minutes when listening at moderate volume levels or just over 6 hours at total volume.

Battery life is a crucial consideration when buying a pair of wireless headphones. It seems that Beats is pushing its battery capabilities to provide an extra perk to the likes of Beats’ dedicated studio headphones rather than the other way around.

Connectivity

While the Beats Studio3 Wireless does offer a touch-sensitive control button for controlling the music, there is still a fair bit of other functionality. The left headphone has a button to take a call, while the right one has a volume-up button and a touch-sensitive button to change your headphones’ track.

Comfort

Beats offer three different sizes of their Beats Studio headphones, with various color and material options, to accommodate multiple-sized ears. We tested the Studio3 Wireless headphones in their smaller, medium, and large sizes.

These headphones offer a very comfortable fit, even with a relatively large pair of headphones, as they consider the size of your ears.

Sound Quality

Beats spent a lot of time trying to make the Studio3 Wireless sound great, and they do deliver on the sound front.

In some ways, the Studio3 Wireless sound slightly better overall than their Studio2 Wireless counterparts, though there are specific beats that these Beats deliver with more punch, while others sound somewhat watered down.

The Beats Studio3 Wireless sounds very good and compares favorably to the Beats Studio3 Wireless headphones, even when compared against rival models.

Charging

A rechargeable battery_is_hidden inside the Beats Studio3 Wireless headphones, which you can connect via USB.

We found that there was no way for us to check how much battery power the headphones were holding, but the battery was constantly draining, which was a little concerning.

The Beats Studio3 Wireless headphones are_offered with a lovely cable that goes straight into the earphones themselves, allowing you to plug them in and listen to music without a hassle.

Although it has been_slightly_diminished from the original Beats Studio3 headphones, the battery life is still quite good.

What we like

  • Plenty of color options
  • Smooth matte finish
  • Battery life
  • Connection, Apple W1 chip

. What we don’t like

  • Price
  • Build quality
  • micro USB charging

Conclusion

The Beats Studio3 Wireless headphones are fabulous Bluetooth headphones for those who want to listen to music on the go. If you’re looking for something that provides an incredible battery life and excellent sound quality, then the Beats Studio3 Wireless headphones are worth considering.

Beats Studio Buds – True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds – Compatible with Apple & Android, Built-in Microphone, IPX4 Rating, Sweat Resistant Earphones, Class 1 Bluetooth Headphones – Black

Beats Studio Buds Earbuds are Beats Studio headphones in a different form. With a look inspired by the Beats Studio, the Beats Studio Buds Earphones offer a various premium sound quality than the original, but they sound perfect.

The build quality is top-notch, the ear cups and headband_are made of genuine leather, and they fit snugly on my ears. They are not uncomfortable or overly tight like some other headphones I have tried.

The headphones have magnetic earbuds that connect seamlessly with the headband, so there are no flaps or hooks at the sides to latch on.

Sound

The sound quality is excellent and has a mix of deep bass and highs, adding depth to your music. They have a distinct balance of bass, mids, and highs and not much of a mid-bass which is just an opinion of mine.

They have a properly balanced sound profile that is not overwhelming or just a loud bass sound that dominates. It is an excellent-sounding headphone that is a bit warm.

The Beats Studio Buds are loud, filling the whole room. On the other hand, the bass is a little dull, but it does fill up the entire space quickly with solid bass.

Battery Life

On a single charge, the headphones last for about 5 hours. The headphones charge quickly; after plugging them into any USB port, they are ready in less than an hour. Headphones that_are powered by your phone are connected.

Adjustable Stereo Sound

Although the headphones are not adjusted directly, you can raise the volume by sliding the earbud or pressing a small button on the earbud in the middle of the earbuds.

What we don’t like

  • Great sound quality
  • Comfortable to wear
  • Active Noise Cancellation

What we don’t like

  • ANC could be stronger
  • Lackluster call quality
  • No H1 Wireless Chip

Conclusions

The Beats Studio Buds have the best audio quality. The headphones sound tight because of their excellent bass.

A decent design but nothing unique and have a perfect sound profile and a respectable battery life. The headphones are a great option if you want to give your ears a different sound profile and are simple to pair with any Bluetooth device.
